Aromatic herbs are hand-picked as soon as the morning dew has evaporated. Only in this way can they impart their full potency and flavour. Light, easy digestible vegetables are locally grown with no genetic modifications. Whether they are crunchy, leafy, fresh, steamed or pleasantly flavoured, our menu features a profusion of local ingredients.
